Chief Operating Officer

Ted Bagheri joined B&A as the Chief Operating Officer in 2004. Ted has more than 25 years of operational management expertise, including more than 20 years of senior-level executive experience with B&A and other technology-based companies. He has provided hands-on leadership and direction for finance, corporate development, human resources, contracts, and strategic planning. Ted is adept at negotiating and closing major contracts, as well as developing and monitoring business relationships at the highest levels. Ted has a solid track record of executing financial and operational plans for technology-based companies.

Ted's previous positions included the Principal of Infinity Venture Group, LLC, the Chief Financial Officer of Hoover's Media Technologies, Inc., the Chief Financial Officer of Hi-Tech Resources, Inc. and the Chief Financial Officer of Conquest Software, Inc.

Ted began his professional career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in London, England.
