Vince Bartozzi

Founder and President

Since co-founding B&A in 1988, Vince Bartozzi has developed an extensive breadth and depth of knowledge along with specific subject matter expertise in matters related to the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Agency since 1982. Mr. Bartozzi is responsible for all business activities on the prime contract award (TECS BPA) to B&A. The contract supports TECS. Over the years, Mr. Bartozzi has significantly grown the contract staff and revenues on the TECS BPA while also serving as the subject matter expert (SME) in the subject record processing area. This application area is considered to be the "hub" of TECS. During his tenure at CBP, Mr. Bartozzi has made significant accomplishments that include:

  • Project manager of the TECS contract reporting directly to the COTR and Deputy Director of CBP
  • Monitor and ensure that the contractor staff has been performing at a high level of excellence
  • Interact with DHS upper management as well as other government management outside of DHS
  • Dedicated to improving the performance of B&A on the contract in order to serve the client to be best of our ability

Vince has a high regard for the commitment of excellence to the client throughout his career. He strongly believes that being surrounded by such outstanding B&A partners has only improved his abilities to manage. Mr. Bartozzi graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS degree in mathematics. He maintains a balanced lifestyle focused on his family, friends and the youth of the community. He coaches several youth teams and believes in being an active contributor in the community.
