Jeffrey F. Pan, President of DSI

Jeffrey F. Pan graduated summa cum laude in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech, and obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Virginia. Mr. Pan has managed DSI since its inception, in 1992. Under his leadership, the company has grown to a staff of over 100 employees and 20 subcontractor personnel.

Mr. Pan has expertise performing government contacts accounting, administering government contracts, and marketing to the Federal Government. Mr. Pan directly administers all of DSI's contracts and supplier agreements from the headquarters in Tyson's Corner, Virginia.

As President of DSI, Mr. Pan has the authority to contractually obligate DSI to government, suppliers, and employees. Mr. Pan is responsible for ensuring that DSI provides adequate corporate support (contracts, accounting, human resources, Quality Assurance/Process Improvement, marketing, and proposals).

Wayne R Hay, Business Development/CMMI Director

Mr. Hay has over 25 years of experience managing information technology, government contracts, including seven years of experience managing staff of 120 or more. Mr. Hay has been employed by DSI for the past six and a-half years, during which he has been the lead for DSI's process improvement effort. Mr. Hay is responsible for the DSI Process Engineering Handbook and the DSI library of project artifacts that includes project plans, requirements documents, status reports, and configuration management documents, as well as project and process metrics. Mr. Hay also performs quality assurance on DSI contracts.

Marilyn Horita, Human Resources Director/Office Manager

Mrs. Horita has a JD from American University, Washington College of Law, and has been employed by DSI since 1995. Mrs. Horita has been DSI's Human Resources Director/Office Manager for the last 13 years. Mrs. Horita manages employee relations, including the administration of health, life, and dental insurance; dissemination of DSI policy information; and preparation and filing of all required U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filings. Mrs. Horita also oversees DSI's recruiting activity, including job positions, and processing of new-hire paperwork. In addition, Mrs. Horita oversees maintenance of the employee files and the DSI Employee Handbook.
