3.21 Functional and Administrative Support

For NASA/UNITeS project:

• Provide productioncontrol, job scheduling, and administrative support for all Data Center systems.
• Maintain the Remedy Activity Request Scheduling System (ARSS); schedule various activities for different areas of the NASA Data Center which include application installations and upgrades, MSFC Facilities maintenance and repair, return to flight activities, etc.
• Coordinate and schedule with other NASA Data Center customers for the same type of activities.
