Quality Assurance Program
The B&A's Quality Management System (QMS) provides the framework for applying quality controls to the work products and services. Our QMS is based on the goals and practices found in the SEI CMMI model.
A senior process improvement specialist monitors the implementation of the SEP across all B&A projects. For each project, skilled and experienced personnel implement standard, documented processes and procedures in an SEP implementation. All Team personnel are tasked with SEP compliance, trained in its processes and participate in process improvement initiatives. All personnel participate in audits and attend reviews. Results are communicated to affected personnel, documented, recorded, and managed to closure. Corrective actions, issues, and discrepancies identified in the audits are documented in a database.
The Team management receives regular reports on the results of process compliance and product audits. Management reviews are conducted to monitor and maximize quality by tracking progress and resources on the project and adjusting schedule, budget, or resources in response to identified shifts in project requirements.
Ongoing status meetings with each project team are conducted weekly to review the status and assign appropriate actions to members. All management-directed actions are recorded, assigned, tracked, and managed to closure.
